Finding a house was the hard part. Once a suitable property was identified, Pamela seamlessly facilitated all the many steps necessary to bring the transaction to a successful closing in record time. Pamela was very instrumental in negotiating the final sale price based on a good handle of comparables for the area. She provided a list of vetted vendors and scheduled appointment with them to help complete the due diligence on the property in a timely manner. After the inspection was completed, Pamela worked with the seller to have a crucial repair promptly completed. In addition, she was able to have the survey completed before the closing. Pamela maintained a very focused orchestration of the entire process necessary to get this transaction closed.

Although, I was leaving the country 3 days after the closing for two weeks, I never felt stressed or anxious, as I felt comfortable with the professionalism and keen attention to details that Pamela displayed throughout my home buying experience.
